My name is Amy, and I am passionate about supporting women on their journey to motherhood. I will partner with you for the full circle of your fertility through pregnancy yoga, positive birthing with hypnobirthing, and then together into motherhood with postnatal yoga.

As a mum of three I know the difference knowledge, mindset and tools can make to a positive pregnancy and birth, and I've learnt some lessons the hard way! Partner with me and learn yogic and hypnobirthing tools to enable your best pregnancy and birth.
