Pregnancy yoga classes are a unique opportunity to meet other mums-to-be while you maintain your health and happiness during your pregnancy. Each class covers pregnancy friendly yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breathing techniques, meditations and active birth skills.
This class is suitable from any gestation, but I ask if you are new to yoga to please wait until you are given the all clear at your 12 week check before you attend your first class.
Please bring a mat and props if you have them, a towel and a water bottle.
