About the Event
A special pregnancy yoga feature class begining with a 45 minute active flow, moving with the breath and safely developing strength in your pregnant body. The second half of the class is your time to rest and restore. You will be guided through a 45 minute restorative yoga practice to cultivate peace, relaxation and connection with your baby. It’s time to unwind on the mat as custom blends of native Australian Bush Flower essences float though the air around you, promoting emotional balance.
You are encouraged to bring a mat if you have one, as well as a towel and a drink bottle.
