Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes are a unique opportunity to meet other mums-to-be while you maintain your health and happiness during your pregnancy. I cater each class to suit the women attending, so you can rest assured that I will honour your pregnancy and what your body is doing that day. Each class covers pregnancy friendly yoga poses, pelvic floor strengthening, breathing techniques, meditations and active birth skills. 

This class is suitable from any gestation, but I ask if you are new to yoga to please wait until you are given the all clear at your 12 week check before you attend your first class. 

As a mum of three I understand what it's like to be pregnant and often still working or caring for other children! I won't make you commit to a block of classes, casual and class passes are available. 

Classes are held every Tuesday evening 6:30 - 7:30 from 2nd February 2021 in Brighton.

Mums and Bubs Yoga

Congratulations on the birth of your baby! After birth mums go through significant physical, emotional and hormonal changes. Yoga is an ideal way to bring balance back and nurture the nurturer - something which is so important and often forgotten in the newborn haze!   

These post-natal yoga classes are designed specifically for the post-natal months, with emphasis given on strengthening the pelvic floor, back, legs and abdominal core, and releasing tension from the neck and shoulders.

I keep classes very relaxed and I know that babies can be unpredictable. Mums are welcome to change nappies, breast or bottle feed, comfort their little ones and just do what they need to do. Jiggles, wiggles and squeals are welcome in my classes! 

After class mums are encouraged to take advantage of the local coffee shops and green space and connect further. 

Classes are held in a beautiful venue in Brighton. Class passes and casual classes are available. Classes are suitable from 8 weeks for vaginal delivery and 10 weeks for caesarean delivery (dependant on physical condition and medical advice) until active crawling.

Classes are held every Tuesday 11:00 - 12:00 from 2nd February 

Private Yoga Classes

Maybe group classes aren't your thing, and that's okay. Or maybe you have some medical issues and want one on one. Heck maybe you just want you and your bestie mum mates in the class! Whatever your reason, a private class may be the best option for you. 

Pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga and hypnobirthing can be offered privately. This can take place in our studio or in your home. If you feel like this is the best option for you please feel free to contact me to discuss your options.
