Mums and Bubs Yoga

Tuesday - Weekly

11:00 - 12:00

Please bring a mat, towel and any other props that you may have. Please also bring a drink bottle and anything that your baby might need. 

Covid safe precautions are in place, please be ready to follow the venues covid safe plan.

Pregnancy Yoga

Tuesday - Weekly

6:30 - 7:30

Please bring a water bottle, mat, towel and any other props that you may have. Covid safe precautions are in place, please be ready to follow the venues covid safe plan.
